Welcome to Party Kingdom, a premier children's party venue located in Waterford, Ireland. By accessing our website and/or booking and using our facilities, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Agreement. This is a legally binding contract between you (the “Customer”) and Party Kingdom (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. General Terms
These Terms govern the use of our website (www.partykingdom.ie) and all bookings, visits, and activities conducted at our premises.
By booking a party or using our services, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Party Kingdom reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

The Party Kingdom website is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not misuse the website, including but not limited to:

3. Bookings and Payments
All party bookings must be made through our official website, by phone, or in person.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their guests follow all posted rules and instructions provided by staff.
Party Kingdom reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest behaving in a disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner.

5. Health and Safety
You acknowledge that play activities carry inherent risks. By using our facility, you accept all such risks on behalf of yourself and any participating minors.
Please notify staff of any allergies or medical conditions when booking. We take precautions, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
In the event of injury or accident, Party Kingdom staff will provide basic first aid and contact emergency services if necessary.

Party Kingdom is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.
Except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, Party Kingdom is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during use of the facility or participation in activities.
